Sore throat (age 5+), earache / acute otitis media (age 1-17), sinusitis (age 12+), impetigo (age 1+), shingles (age 18+), infected insect bites (all ages), and uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women aged 16-64.
Can I have a video consultation instead of visiting in-store?
Yes. We offer video consultations so you can be assessed and treated from the comfort of your own home. Simply select the video option when booking your appointment.
How long does a consultation take?
Most Pharmacy First consultations take 10-15 minutes. Your pharmacist will review your symptoms, check for red flags, and provide treatment or referral advice.
